We are looking for an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in real estate fund accounting and Yardi systems to play a key role in onboarding and servicing a large, strategic client.
This position offers a unique combination of project-based implementation and hands-on fund accounting, giving you full ownership across the lifecycle. From system setup to ongoing financial management.

For now this is a stand alone position, but in the future they plan to add an additional team member in the Amsterdam office.
Functie
Fund & System Onboarding (Yardi Implementation)
- Lead the onboarding of complex real estate fund structures into the Yardi platform
- Configure accounting rules, consolidation methods, and reporting frameworks (IFRS / local GAAP)
- Map charts of accounts and manage financial data migration across systems
- Set up and test fund structures, including multi-currency and FX reporting
- Coordinate integrations and data flows between internal and external systems
- Document system configurations and support reporting setup
Go-Live & Transition Support
- Support the client during go-live with accounting and reporting activities
- Ensure accurate data capture and alignment with client-specific requirements
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and internal teams
- Train and support colleagues on system setup and processes
- Resolve data, reporting, and operational challenges
Ongoing Fund Accounting
- Prepare and review financial statements (stand-alone and consolidated)
- Maintain general ledgers and oversee complex bookkeeping entries
- Handle capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
- Review performance and incentive fee calculations
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders (auditors, tax, legal)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- Strong Yardi Voyager experience (essential)
- 5+ years accounting experience, ideally within Real Estate / Fund Administration / Asset Management
- Solid knowledge of IFRS / GAAP
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Project-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
