Functie
In this position, you will be fully responsible for your own portfolio of entities. You manage the accounting cycle from start to finish and act as the primary contact for clients and external advisors.
Your responsibilities include:
- Full A–Z financial administration for client entities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Compilation engagements
- Preparation and filing of VAT returns
- Coordinating and reviewing corporate tax matters and other fiscal obligations
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with Dutch GAAP (IFRS is a plus)
- Supporting external audits and year-end processes
- Liaising with clients, tax advisors, auditors, and other external stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Experience within a trust or corporate services environment is strongly preferred.

You are able to prioritize effectively and maintain high accuracy under deadlines.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within accounting, trust, or corporate services
- Proven experience preparing financial statements under Dutch GAAP
- Experience with compilation work
- Knowledge of tax filings and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong command of English (Dutch is a plus)
- Independent work style with strong communication skills
